🔧 What You’ll Need First
Before you connect, make sure you:
- Have a Meta Business Manager account
- Have a Facebook Page connected to that Business Manager
- Have a Meta Ads account under your Business Manager
- Have Admin access to all of the above
Tip: If you’re running ads already through Facebook/Instagram, you likely have all of this ready to go.
🔗 How to Connect Your Meta Ads Account
- Go to the Settings tab in Jumpalead
- Click Integrations
- Choose Meta / Facebook Ads
- Click Connect Meta Account
- You’ll be redirected to Facebook - log in and allow permissions
- Select the Business, Ad Account, Facebook Page, and Pixel you want to link
- Click Confirm & Connect
That’s it! Jumpalead is now linked with your Meta Ads account 🎉

Don’t see your Ad Account?
- Make sure you're using the correct Facebook login
- Confirm you have Admin access to the ad account and Business Manager
- Refresh your connection if changes were made on Facebook's end

- Make sure the right Ad Account and Page are selected
- Check that your Facebook Pixel is active and installed correctly
