How to Create a New Pipeline

Pipelines help you visualize and manage your lead journey—from the first hello to the final handshake. Whether you're setting up a new campaign or refining your process, creating a custom pipeline lets you stay in control every step of the way.

✨ Why Pipelines Matter

A pipeline lets you see exactly where each contact is in your process. It helps you track progress, follow up faster, and close more deals with less guesswork.

🧭 How to Create a New Pipeline

  1. Navigate to the Pipelines tab
    Head to the ‘Opportunities’ section and click on the ‘Pipelines’ tab.

  2. Click + Create New Pipeline
    This button opens up the form to build your new pipeline from scratch.

  3. Name Your Pipeline
    Give it a name that makes sense - e.g., “New Listings,” “Appraisal Requests,” or “Referral Follow-up.”

  4. Add Your Stages
    Set up the stages you want to track (e.g,. “New Lead,” “Contacted,” “Appointment Set,” “Proposal Sent,” “Won”).
    ✅ Tip: You can drag and drop stages later to re-order them.

  5. Save Your Pipeline
    Click save, and you’re done! You can now assign leads to this pipeline and start tracking.

🔁 Need to edit it later?

You can return to this pipeline anytime to rename stages, add new ones, or remove any that no longer serve your process.
