If your Facebook Lead Form isn’t appearing in Jumpalead, it’s usually because Facebook hasn’t finished syncing yet. This can take a few minutes. If it still doesn’t show, follow these steps to connect it manually.
Before you start, check these requirements
Make sure:
You have Admin access to the Facebook Page connected to your lead form.
The Facebook Page and Ad Account are owned by the same Business Manager.
You have Lead Access Permission in Facebook to view and manage leads.
Your Page is connected to the correct Ad Account in Facebook.
Step 1: Go to Facebook Form Field Mapping in Jumpalead
In your Jumpalead account, go to Settings > Integrations > Facebook Form Field Mapping.
Look for your form in the list.
If your form is missing, continue to Step 2.
