How to Manually Sync Your Facebook Lead Form

If your Facebook Lead Form isn’t appearing in Jumpalead, it’s usually because Facebook hasn’t finished syncing yet. This can take a few minutes. If it still doesn’t show, follow these steps to connect it manually.

Before you start, check these requirements

Make sure:

  • You have Admin access to the Facebook Page connected to your lead form.

  • The Facebook Page and Ad Account are owned by the same Business Manager.
  • You have Lead Access Permission in Facebook to view and manage leads.
  • Your Page is connected to the correct Ad Account in Facebook.

Step 1: Go to Facebook Form Field Mapping in Jumpalead

  1. In your Jumpalead account, go to Settings > Integrations > Facebook Form Field Mapping.
  2. Look for your form in the list.

If your form is missing, continue to Step 2.

Step 2: Check Facebook’s Business Integrations Settings

  1. Log into Facebook.
  2. Go to Business Integrations Settings.

  1. Find LeadConnector (Jumpalead’s Facebook connection).
  2. Make sure it’s active and has permissions for your Page and lead forms.

If permissions are missing, tick the boxes next to your Page and lead forms, then save.

Step 3: Test the Connection

Use Facebook’s Lead Ads Testing Tool to confirm everything is working:

  1. Go to Lead Ads Testing Tool.
  2. Select your Page and the form you want to test.
  3. Click Create Lead to send a test submission.

If the test lead shows up in Jumpalead, your connection is working.

Step 4: Manually Assign Lead Access if Needed

If LeadConnector doesn’t appear in Step 2 or still isn’t fetching data:

  1. Go to Meta Business Suite or Business Settings.
  2. In the left menu, go to Integrations > Leads Access.
  1. Click Assign CRMs and select LeadConnector.
  2. Save your changes.

Step 5: Reconnect Your Facebook Page (If All Else Fails)

If your Facebook token expired or permissions were removed:

  1. In Jumpalead, go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Disconnect your Facebook Page.
  3. Click Connect again and follow the prompts to re-authorise.

Once you’ve completed these steps, your form should appear in Jumpalead and sync new leads automatically.
