How to Set Your Business Hours and Timezone

Getting your availability right is key to booking meetings that work well for you.

Setting your business hours and time zone ensures Jumpalead handles your scheduling accurately, without the back-and-forth.

Why It Matters

  • Ensures all appointment links reflect your true availability
  • Avoids confusion between you and your leads
  • Keeps follow-ups and automations in the correct time zone

Let’s Set It Up

Step 1: Go to Settings
From your Jumpalead dashboard, click the gear icon in the lower-left corner and head to “Business Info” or “Company Settings.”

Step 2: Set Your Time Zone
Choose the correct time zone from the dropdown list. This is the time zone that your calendar, automations, and notifications will follow.

Step 3: Define Your Business Hours
Click into the “Availability” section and set the days and times you're open for appointments. You can:

  • Choose your start and end times for each day
  • Block out lunch breaks or recurring unavailable slots
  • Select different hours for different team members (if applicable)

Step 4: Save Changes
Once everything looks good, click “Save” and you’re done! Your booking links and availability will now reflect your updated hours and time zone.

Pro Tips

  • Keep some buffer time between appointments to avoid burnout
  • Update your hours seasonally or during holiday breaks
  • If you’re working across time zones, Jumpalead adjusts for your clients automatically; they’ll always see your availability in their time
