How to Delete Leads

Some leads go cold or duplicate, and deleting them is easy, which helps keep your pipeline clean and focused.

⚠️ A Quick Note Before You Delete

Deleting a lead is permanent. Once it’s gone, it can’t be recovered. If you’re unsure, consider archiving or tagging the lead instead.

👇 How to Delete a Lead

  1. Go to Your Contacts
    Head over to the ‘Contacts’ or ‘Opportunities’ section in your dashboard.

  2. Find the Lead You Want to Remove
    Use the search bar or scroll through your list to locate the lead.

  3. Click the Three-Dot Menu (⋮)
    This menu appears next to the lead’s name or in their profile view.

  4. Select "Delete"
    Confirm the deletion when prompted.

✅ Pro Tip

Before deleting, check if the lead is part of any active workflows or campaigns. Removing them might affect automated processes.
