📍 Step-by-Step: Manually Booking an Appointment

Step 1: Go to the Calendar Section
From your dashboard, click on the Calendar tab.

Step 2: Click ‘+ New Appointment’ or Select a Time Slot
Choose the time and date directly in the calendar, or click the “+” button to start from scratch.

Step 3: Fill in Appointment Details
Add the key info:

  • Name of the person or lead
  • Type of appointment (e.g., Consultation, Showing, Strategy Call)
  • Duration
  • Location or Meeting Link (in-person, Zoom, phone, etc.)
  • Notes or reminders (optional)

Step 4: Assign it to a Pipeline (Optional)
Keep everything organized by linking the appointment to a lead, opportunity, or pipeline stage.

Step 5: Send Confirmation (Optional but Recommended)
Choose to email or SMS the details to the client so it’s in their calendar too!

Step 6: Save Appointment
Click Save, and it’s locked in. 🎯

No problem! Just click on the appointment in your calendar, hit Edit, and choose a new time.
