What You Need Before You Start
- A Google account
- Access to Jumpalead calendar settings
- A calendar that is not restricted by conflicting permissions
Note: Calendar integrations are linked to individual user profiles. Each team member should connect their own Google Calendar.
How to Connect Google Calendar
Step 1: Open Calendar Connections
- Go to Settings > Calendars
- Click on the Connections tab
- Select Add New
Step 2: Authenticate with Google
- Click Connect beside Google Calendar
- Sign in to the Google account you want to use
- Accept the requested permissions, including:
- Calendar (read/write)
- Profile
- Email access
Important: You must allow full calendar access. If you do not give writer access, syncing may not work properly.
