How to Sync Your Google Calendar

Connecting your Google Calendar to Jumpalead keeps everything in sync. This means your bookings, reminders, and availability update in real time so you never worry about double bookings.

Why Connect Google Calendar?

  • Real-time appointment syncing between Google Calendar and Jumpalead
  • Two-way sync so changes show in both calendars
  • Prevent double bookings by using conflict calendars
  • Works for individual users and team members
  • Clear visibility of your schedule in one place

What You Need Before You Start

  • A Google account
  • Access to Jumpalead calendar settings
  • A calendar that is not restricted by conflicting permissions

Note: Calendar integrations are linked to individual user profiles. Each team member should connect their own Google Calendar.

How to Connect Google Calendar

Step 1: Open Calendar Connections

  1. Go to Settings > Calendars
  2. Click on the Connections tab
  3. Select Add New

Step 2: Authenticate with Google

  1. Click Connect beside Google Calendar
  2. Sign in to the Google account you want to use
  3. Accept the requested permissions, including:
    • Calendar (read/write)
    • Profile
    • Email access

Important: You must allow full calendar access. If you do not give writer access, syncing may not work properly.

👉 Once connected, your Google Calendar will automatically sync with Jumpalead, giving you seamless scheduling.
