About the Business Profile

Your Business Profile is where you enter key company details that’ll be used throughout Jumpalead on emails, calendars, forms, automation, and more. Take a few minutes here, and your branding will stay consistent across your workspace.

Where to Find It

  • Log into your Jumpalead account.

  • Click the Settings icon (usually in the left-hand menu).

  • The first tab you’ll see is Business Profile. That’s where the magic happens!

Important Details to Fill Out

Business Name (Friendly & Legal)

- Used in messages, invoices, and compliance documents - make sure each is accurate.

Logo

- Appears automatically on forms, emails, and client-facing templates for a polished look.

Contact Info (Email, Phone, Website)

- Used throughout communications, templates, and automations.

Address & Time Zone

- Needed for legal disclosures and ensuring your scheduling and email campaigns run on time.

Branded Domain

- Allows your own custom link (e.g. go.yourcompany.com) for forms, booking links, and campaigns.

Business Type & ID

- Needed for settings like SMS compliance, tax treatment, and verification in some features.

Quick Steps to Set It Up

  1. Go to Settings > Business Profile

  2. Upload your logo and choose your friendly business name

  3. Add your email, phone, website, address, and timezone

  4. (Optional) Set a branded domain for polished-looking links

  5. Click Save and your brand settings apply across Jumpalead automatically
