Whether it's you or your client who needs to make an adjustment, Jumpalead makes it quick and simple to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Step 1: Open Your Calendar
From your dashboard, click on Calendar to view your upcoming appointments.
Step 2: Select the Appointment
Find the appointment you want to change, then click on it to open the details.
Step 3: Choose "Cancel" or "Reschedule"
Step 4: Confirm and You’re Done!
Once confirmed, your client will receive a message with all the updated details - no manual messaging needed.
Jumpalead sends automatic, friendly notifications when appointments are changed or cancelled. You can customize these messages in your Notification Settings.
Example Notification:
“Hi [Client Name], your appointment with [Your Name] has been[cancelled/rescheduled] to [New Time/Date]. If you have questions, feel free to reply to this message.”
