How to View Existing Workflows

See what’s running behind the scenes, and take control of your automation.

Inside Jumpalead, your workflows are the engine room of your follow-up strategy.

Here’s how you can find, view, and manage everything that’s running.

Step-by-Step: How to View Your Workflows

Go to the Automation Tab‍

From your main dashboard, click on “Automation” in the left-hand menu

‍Select “Workflows”‍

You’ll land on the Workflows Overview page - a complete list of all your current automations

Browse or Search

Use the search bar to find a specific workflow by name

  • Filter by status (Active, Draft, Inactive)
  • Sort by most recently edited or created
Click to Open Any Workflow
  •  View all the steps in that workflow
  •  See what trigger starts it
  •  Edit actions, conditions, wait times, and more
  •  Check how many contacts have entered the workflow

What You’ll See Inside a Workflow

  • Trigger(s): What kicks it off (e.g., a form submission or tag added)
  • Actions: What the workflow does (e.g., sends an email, moves a contact, waits 2 days, etc.)
  • Contacts: A live view of how many people are currently in that workflow
  • Status: Whether it’s active and running or paused/draft

Managing Your Workflows

Need to make changes?

  • Edit steps directly within the workflow builder
  • Pause a workflow if you want to temporarily stop it
  • Duplicate to create a similar version without starting from scratch
  • Archive workflows you no longer use, without deleting data

Keep Things Running Smoothly

✔️ Review your workflows every few weeks
✔️Make sure your automation still matches your sales and lead flow
✔️Clean up outdated or unused workflows for a tidy backend

📣 Pro Tip: Use Naming Conventions. Name your workflows clearly (e.g., “Facebook Welcome Series –Buyers”) so you and your team always know what each one is for.
