See what’s running behind the scenes, and take control of your automation.
Inside Jumpalead, your workflows are the engine room of your follow-up strategy.
Here’s how you can find, view, and manage everything that’s running.
Step-by-Step: How to View Your Workflows
Go to the Automation Tab
From your main dashboard, click on “Automation” in the left-hand menu
Select “Workflows”
You’ll land on the Workflows Overview page - a complete list of all your current automations
Browse or Search
Use the search bar to find a specific workflow by name
- Filter by status (Active, Draft, Inactive)
- Sort by most recently edited or created
Click to Open Any Workflow
- View all the steps in that workflow
- See what trigger starts it
- Edit actions, conditions, wait times, and more
- Check how many contacts have entered the workflow
What You’ll See Inside a Workflow
- Trigger(s): What kicks it off (e.g., a form submission or tag added)
- Actions: What the workflow does (e.g., sends an email, moves a contact, waits 2 days, etc.)
- Contacts: A live view of how many people are currently in that workflow
- Status: Whether it’s active and running or paused/draft
Managing Your Workflows
Need to make changes?
- Edit steps directly within the workflow builder
- Pause a workflow if you want to temporarily stop it
- Duplicate to create a similar version without starting from scratch
- Archive workflows you no longer use, without deleting data
