How to Sync Your Outlook Calendar

Connecting your Outlook calendar to Jumpalead makes scheduling effortless. Your bookings and availability stay in sync so you can manage everything in one place without worrying about double bookings.

What You Need Before You Start

  • An active Outlook (Microsoft) account
  • Access to your Jumpalead user profile
  • Writer access enabled so events can sync properly to Outlook

How to Connect Outlook Calendar

Step 1: Open Calendar Connections

  1. Go to Settings > Calendars
  2. Open the Connections tab
  3. Click Add New

Step 2: Authenticate with Outlook

  1. Click Connect beside Outlook Calendar
  2. Sign in to your Outlook account
  3. Accept the requested permissions to finish the connection

👉 Once connected, your Outlook calendar will sync automatically with Jumpalead so your availability and bookings always match.

Tips

  • Outlook event calendars are not supported. Event calendars only work with Google integration.
  • You can connect more than one Outlook account if needed.
  • If you disconnect Outlook, Jumpalead will no longer sync availability or events.
  • The same Outlook account can be connected across multiple Jumpalead sub-accounts.
  • Supported accounts include Office 365, Outlook.com, live.com, and hotmail calendars.
  • If you use Outlook Desktop and your events are not synced to the cloud, Jumpalead will not be able to see them. On-premise Exchange servers are not supported.
