You can update your pipelines inside Jumpalead at any time. This includes adding new stages, renaming or reordering existing ones, and deciding what shows up in your dashboard.

Step 1: Access the Pipelines Section

1. Open the Opportunities tab from the left sidebar
2. Select Pipelines from the top menu
3. Click on the pencil icon of the pipeline you want to edit

Step 2: Add New Stages

1. In your pipeline view, click add stage then enter a name for the new stage
2. Click the Save button to save it
3. Repeat the process for as many new stages as you need

Tip: You do not need to create “Won” or “Lost” stages. Jumpalead includes those by default, but you may want to rename them.

Note: Stage names must be unique. You cannot create or update a stage with the same name as another.

Step 3: Edit or Reorder Stages

• To rename a stage, click on the stage name and type in the new name
• To reorder stages, use the up and down arrows next to the stage name
• To remove a stage, click the delete option next to it

Step 4: Configure Dashboard Settings

• Use the funnel and pie chart icons to choose whether the pipeline appears in your dashboard
• You can also toggle visibility for each stage so it shows (or doesn’t show) in your dashboard funnel and pie charts
