Once you’ve sent an email or campaign, Jumpalead tracks all the key metrics so you can see exactly how your emails are performing and make smarter decisions for your next move.
Where to Find Performance Data
- Go to the Marketing tab in your Jumpalead sidebar menu
- Select Email Campaigns
- You’ll see a list of your past and scheduled campaigns. Click on any Sent campaign to view its performance overview
Tip: To view one-off emails, go to the Contacts tab, find the contact, and click on the specific message under their email history.
What Metrics You Can Track
Each campaign or email report will show the following:
- Open Rate
The percentage of recipients who opened your email. A good sign of subject line strength and timing. - Click-Through Rate (CTR)
The percentage of people who clicked a link in your email. Great for measuring how engaging your content is. - Bounce Rate
The number of emails that couldn’t be delivered. This helps keep your list clean and updated. - Unsubscribes
The number of people who opted out after receiving your email. Keep an eye on this to avoid over-sending. - Spam Complaints
Rare but important. High spam complaints may mean you need to rework your audience or content.
Engagement Insights
For each campaign, you can also see:
- Which links were clicked
- Who opened your email (and how many times)
- Device and location data (where available)
These insights help you understand what content your audience finds most interesting.
See Trends Over Time
Inside your Marketing Dashboard, you’ll also see a high-level view of:
- All campaigns
- Average open and click rates
- Recent spikes or drops in engagement
This helps you adjust your frequency, experiment with timing, and refine your message tone.
Pro Tips for Better Performance
- Test your subject lines. Small tweaks can double your open rate
- Segment your audience. Targeted emails almost always perform better
- Keep it simple. Clear, scannable emails earn more clicks
- Resend to non-openers with a fresh subject line (if appropriate)
