Syncing your email with Jumpalead means every lead, message, and follow-up stays in one place.

⚙️ Getting Set Up

Step 1: Head to Settings
Once logged in, click on your profile icon or go to Settings in your left-hand menu.

Step 2: Click ‘Email Sync’ or ‘Integrations’
Look for the tab labelled Email Sync, Email Settings, or Integrations.

Step 3: Choose Your Email Provider
Jumpalead works with all major platforms, including:

  • Gmail / Google Workspace
  • Outlook / Microsoft 365
  • Other IMAP email services

Step 4: Connect and Authorize
Follow the prompts to securely log in and grant access. Don’t worry, we don’t store your password, and your data stays private.

Step 5: Confirm Your Sync Preferences
Choose which inbox, folders, or labels you’d like to connect. You can also set defaults for outgoing messages and signature blocks.

Step 6: Save and Go
That’s it! Your email is now fully synced with Jumpalead.
