Welcome to Jumpalead! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and website (together, the “Service”). By using Jumpalead, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

Jumpalead is owned and operated by GHK Digital Limited, a New Zealand registered company. We provide a software platform that helps sales professionals manage leads, run marketing campaigns, book appointments, and grow their business.

2. Eligibility

To use Jumpalead, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country).
• Be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

3. Your Account

• You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You agree that any activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Jumpalead is a subscription-based service. By signing up, you agree to pay the fees for your chosen plan.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may change pricing in the future, but you’ll always be notified in advance.

5. Fair Use

We want Jumpalead to run smoothly for everyone. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam or unlawful activity.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Share your account with others outside your business or team (unless your plan allows multiple users).

6. Marketing and Advertising

Jumpalead connects with third-party platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. By using these integrations, you also agree to comply with their policies and terms of service.

We’re not responsible for ad performance, approval, or compliance issues arising from those platforms. You remain responsible for your ad spend and campaign settings.

7. Data and Privacy

• Your data belongs to you. We’ll never sell your personal or business information.
• We process your data in line with our Privacy Policy and in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
• By using Jumpalead, you agree to us securely processing and storing your data to provide the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

• All software, designs, and content within Jumpalead are owned by GHK Digital Limited.
• You may use the platform only as intended, and you do not acquire any ownership rights to the software.

9. Service Availability

• We aim to keep Jumpalead available 24/7, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We may occasionally update, suspend, or limit the platform for maintenance or upgrades.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Jumpalead is provided “as is.”
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, GHK Digital Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability to you will never exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the last 6 months.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you by email or via the platform. Continued use of Jumpalead after updates means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts.
