How to Map Your Forms

When you collect leads through forms, whether from your website, ads, or landing pages, you want the data to land in the right place inside Jumpalead. That’s where Form Mapping comes in. It ensures that names, emails, phone numbers, and other details flow neatly into your contact records and pipelines.

Why Mapping Matters

Without mapping, form fields can end up mismatched or left out entirely. By setting it up correctly once, you’ll save time, avoid messy data, and make sure every lead has the details you need to follow up.

How to Map a Form

  1. Go to Settings
From your Jumpalead dashboard, click on Settings and select Form Mapping.

  2. Choose Your Form
Pick the form you’d like to map from the dropdown list.

  3. Match the Fields
    • On the left, you’ll see the fields from your form (e.g., First Name, Email, Phone).
    • On the right, select the matching Jumpalead fields.
Example: “Full Name” in your form → “Contact Name” in Jumpalead.
  4. Save Your Mapping
Once you’ve matched everything, hit Save. Your mapping will apply automatically every time someone fills out that form.

✅ Pro Tips

✨ Always double-check that required fields like Name and Email are correctly mapped.
✨ If you add new fields to a form later, revisit mapping to update.
✨ Use tags when mapping forms to automatically segment leads (e.g., “Web Enquiry,” “Facebook Ad”).

Next Steps

Now that your forms are mapped, every new lead will drop directly into Jumpalead with clean, organized data,  ready for follow-up, nurturing, and closing.
