What is a Smart List?
A Smart List is a dynamic list that automatically updates based on filters you set, no manual updates required. Set your criteria once, and Jumpalead keeps the list fresh in real time.
Perfect for:
- Leads you haven’t contacted in 7+ days
- Contacts tagged “Hot Lead” or “Open Home”
- Anyone in a specific stage of your pipeline
- Upcoming birthdays or anniversaries
- You name it: If you can filter it, you can Smart List it.
How to Create a Smart List
- Go to Contacts
Click the Contacts tab in your left-hand menu. - Apply Filters
Choose your filter - like pipeline stage, tag, contact date, or source. - Click ‘Save as Smart List’
Name your list something clear (e.g., "Hot Leads - This Week") and click Save.
Done! You’ve just made a living, breathing list that updates itself.
Smart Lists vs Static Lists
- Smart Lists = Automatically update based on rules
- Static Lists = Stay the same unless you change them manually
