1. Head to “Marketing” > “Campaigns”
This is your command center for all things email. Click “Create Campaign” to get started.
2. Give It a Name
Choose a name that’s easy for you to recognize later - your contacts won’t see this.
3. Select Your Type
Decide whether this is a one-off Broadcast (great for announcements and newsletters) or part of a Multi-Step Campaign (perfect for nurturing sequences).
4. Choose Your Audience
Select a Smart List, tag group, or segment of contacts to target. Want to send to warm leads only? Easy. VIP clients? You got it.
5. Design Your Email
Use the drag-and-drop editor or write in plain text - whichever you prefer! Add:

6. Set Your Timing
Choose to send it now or schedule it for later. You can also trigger campaigns based on actions (like filling out a form or booking a meeting).
