Step 2: Click on “Notifications & Reminders”
Look for the section that lets you manage what messages are sent before an appointment.

Step 3: Choose Your Reminder Types
Select how you'd like reminders to be sent:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • In-app notifications (for internal users)

Step 4: Set Your Timing
Decide when reminders go out, e.g.:

  • 24 hours before
  • 1 hour before
  • Custom timeframes

Step 5: Personalize Your Message (Optional)
Make it friendly or professional; your call. Add custom fields like name, time, location, or meeting link.

Step 6: Save & Test It Out
Hit Save, and then preview your reminders to make sure everything looks perfect.

💡 Pro Tips

  • Use multiple reminders (e.g. 24h + 1h before) for best results
  • Keep messages short, clear, and upbeat
  • Add links or instructions if your appointment is virtual
  • Let clients reschedule with a link (so you don’t lose them completely)
