How to Add a New Contact Manually

Sometimes you meet a potential customer face-to-face. Other times, it’s a phone call, referral, or even a business card.

Whatever the case, Jumpalead makes it super simple to add new contacts manually, so no opportunity slips through the cracks.

📝 Here’s How to Do It:

  1. Go to “Contacts”
        From your dashboard, click on the Contacts tab in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click “+ Add Contact”
        You’ll find this button in the top right corner. Easy to spot, easy to use.
  3. Enter the Contact’s Details
        Fill in as much info as you have:
    •  Name
    •  Email
    •  Phone number
    •  Tags (optional but handy)
    •  Source (e.g., "Referral," "Networking Event")
    •  Any notes or extra context
  4.  Click “Save”
        Boom! They’re now safely in your system and ready for follow-up!

💡 Tip: Tag It Right

Tags make it easier to find and segment your contacts later. Think of tags like digital sticky notes, you can use them for things like:

  • “Hot Lead”
  • “Met at Expo”
  • “Follow-Up Needed”
  • “No Response Yet”
