A One Time Link is a unique scheduling link to your Jumpalead calendar that automatically expires after one appointment is booked. Unlike your permanent booking link, a One Time Link gives single-use access to your calendar.
Why Use a One Time Link?
- Gives you more control over who can book with you
- Prevents unwanted repeat bookings
- Stops people from sharing your calendar link with others you don’t know
- Ensures each person can only use the link once, unless you choose to send them another
How to Share a One Time Link
- Go to Calendar Settings > Calendars
- Click the three dots next to your calendar and select Share
- In the sharing options, open the One Time Link tab
- Click Copy to copy your current One Time Link
- Paste it wherever you want to share it (such as an email or message)
- To create a new link, click Generate New Link to get a fresh URL
What Happens After Booking
Once someone books using a One Time Link, that link will expire. If they try to use it again, they will be shown a message to contact you directly because the link is no longer valid.
👉 This ensures only valid, single-use links are used for scheduling, giving you complete control over your availability.
